Samin Son, currently based in Berlin, is a performance artist from Seoul, Korea. He has based himself in Korea and New Zealand over the years and shown his works around Europe, Oceania, Asia and America up to date. Presenting creativity in a number of ways: live performance and sound, videos, paintings, installations and also djing and productions also in experimental settings in exhibitions and shows. Delving into ideas of (re)birth, (re)death and cycles of life. Showing through re-presentations to inform the symbolic aspects of life through repetition and transformative processes.

Asia Film Berlin presents this talented artist’s major works including his documentary and a live performance.
